Brézé

Looking for that benchmark Chenin Blanc? This is definitely one of them. Romain Guiberteau’s 

always deliverers. This 100% Chenin Blanc wine is from two organic vineyards in the hilltop limestone terroir of Brézé in Saumur. A renowned site that produces pure, floral, citrus and mineral driven Chenin. Romain started converting to organic viticulture in 2003 and became fully AB certified in 2007. He uses all indigenous yeast. Adding to the complexity, the wine spends about 18 months in oak. Romain also makes red wine from Cabernet Franc. These wines are not easy to find but definitely worth seeking out!
